Who we are
We have extensive experience managing product lines across the world. Most recently we managed product launches in more that 15 countries as the International Product Manager for a major Palm device manufacturer of Silicon Valley in California. We co-ordinated and defined product requirements and launched new products in Japan, Asia and Europe. During this period, we reduced the time to market dramatically through close teamwork, helped triple the share of the company revenue from International sources and streamlined the international product requirement procedures.
Prior to that experience, we managed a product line representing 75% of the revenue of a major PC manufacturer. Responsibilities were to insure increasing unit sales through constant product innovation (often more than 5 new product introduction per month) and derive strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the flagship product line. Close control over operations as well as tight teamwork with Sales and Marketing allowed revenue growth even in a very bullish market.
We have a wide experience in defining marketing requirement documents (MRD), product positioning strategy across the world and international product launches. In addition, we successfully defined numerous long term product roadmaps and revenue forecasts.
As part of international planning we insured product compliance and localisation for more than 20 products distributed in Europe, Canada and Asia. We managed the relationships with distributors across the world, provided support and training to help them increase sales of local products.
